Sounds like a dropdown from the forms toolbar. The dropdown returns the
ListIndex property. So it puts out a number between 1 and the number of
entries in the list specifying which item is selected. In this case, that
corresponds to the week number. so it isn't looking in A3 at all. It you
sort your A3:B54 in random order, you will see that the week number won't be
correct (except for a few coincidences perhaps)

That is my guess anyway.
