I assume you want to add an empty new row in between the existing rows.
One way would be with an extra column
Save as "trial" first.......just in case things get muddled up.
Give the existing rows uneven numbers and underneath them the same number of
rows with even numbers
copy and extend any required formula's
do a sort on the added column with the numbers
