I was wondering if there was a way to set up and conditional format so
that when it recognizes a name that it will fill that entire line with
a color.

EX. Everytime it sees the name Mike I want it to color that entire
line blue. I can get it fill the cell with the name Mike but I can't
figure how to get to to fill the rest of the cells in line with the
name Mike. Is it possible?
