You cannot disable this message, it is a security feature.
You could instead refresh from code on opening the workbook in an
auto_open proc. or workbook_open event, but then you would get a VBA
warning instead.
This VBA warning can be circumvented with a digital security
certificate, or by lowering your VBA security settings.
