No. If you have one, you'll notice that it never uses more than 50% of "the"
processor.
However, as you can read in the Excel 12 blogs (like in this article:
http://blogs.msdn.com/excel/archive/...03/488822.aspx ) the next
version will benefit from dual-core or multiple processors.
