Is it possible to flag the 2nd highest value in a row.
example Row #1 -5
Row #2 -3
Row #3 -10 & -10 (both are the 2nd highest)
If so, can that cell be bolded or highlighted.
I do not know VBA, formulias Ok.
Thanks in advance.
