Default Creating Multiple Scorecards/Files and Compiling data

I have a scorecard template which I need to populate with about 300 people -
name, title, salary, etc - and create individual files to distribute. Then I
need to collect these files and compile them.

This has been a manual process using Excel. Any suggestions on how to
"automate" within Excel?
