Default How do I format a specific column of cells to have a limit aount of characters?

Hello,

I'm trying to format a column of cells to a specific format (Right
Click -- Format Cells -- Custom). I'm just a little confused about
the syntax. Is there a way I can make a cell like so:

Can only be 6 characters, and if the data is out less than 6, it should
append a space for each character to get to 6.

Thanks!
