For some reason our code stopped running on our spreadsheet. We save it
every month - and for the last two months it no longer asks us if we want
to enable macros when we open the workbook - and the code in our sheet does
not run.

We have code that runs on all of the sheets in our workbook like this:
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
' capture a date change
If Target.Address = "$B$1" Then ...

I have tried switching the Security to low, but don't see anywhere else
that I can look?

I hit Alt-F11 to open the VB window - double click one of the sheets - put
a breakpoint on the Worksheet_Change event, but this event is never called.
Everyone is screaming at me! Help please. I am not very strong in Excel
programming.
