Default I install de Sovler Add-In but it never appears in my tools menu
I have tried repetedly to install the Solver Add-In, I do so in the Add-in
option in the Tools menu, however nothing happens... After I check the Solver
box and click ok the Solver never actually appears in the Tools menu.
