You could.

Record a macro when you do it manually. And if you mean all the data in one
worksheet of that workbook, keep recording when you copy|paste the imported data
to the bottom of that common sheet.

Post back if you get stuck when you're tweaking the recorded code.

Text files can be fixed width, delimited, located in a the same folder (or
different folders). So it would be kind of difficult to know what you needed.
