If Cell 1 = 3 and Cell 2 = 4 then Cell 3 should display 2/3
If Cell 1 = 3 and Cell 2 = 5 then Cell 3 should display 2/4
If Cell 1 = 3 and Cell 2 = 6 then Cell 3 should display 2/5

=cell1&"/"&cell2
