Default Comparing data of two sheets

Hi everyone, I'm in a little troubled spot here. I have two sheets with
very similar data, something like this:

sheet1:
A B C
103 YYK ZZZ
104 YYK ZZZ
107 YYK ZZU
101 YYK ZZZ
102 YYK ZZZ
109 YYK ZZH
110 YYK ZZZ

sheet 2:
A B C
103 YYK ZZZ
104 YYK ZZZ
107 YYK ZZU
102 YYK ZZZ
110 YYK ZZZ

Basically, some of the data in the two sheet matches up, but sometimes
there's a record in sheet1 that sheet 2 doesn't have, or vice versa.
What I want to do is make a new sheet that has data from both sheets
compared side to side. If there's a matching pair, put them side to
side. If not, then pair it up with a blank. So something utimately like
this:

A B C D E F
103 YYK ZZZ 103 YYK ZZZ
104 YYK ZZZ 104 YYK ZZZ
107 YYK ZZU 107 YYK ZZU
101 YYK ZZZ
102 YYK ZZZ 102 YYK ZZZ
109 YYK ZZH
110 YYK ZZZ 110 YYK ZZZ

Hope this isn't too difficult. If anyone know's a general approach to
the problem or any excel functions that can do this please let me know.
Thanks in advance for any help, really appreciate it!
