Hi! Can anybody help me how to extract names from a list in excel?

The Problem:

Let's say the name is in column A, I need to extract all the uniqu
names and make 5 copies each on another sheet.

So in the new sheet, there will now be 5 the same names appearing.

Hope somebody can help me with this. Thanks
