The formula in cell G22 reads:
=IF(O22="FLEX",V22,IF(O22="HOLIDAY",V22,IF(O22="fl expart",0,AL6)))
If AL6's value is .50 or greater, I get my desired result, but if the value
is .25, it won't show in G22.

How Come?
