I am new to Excel Templates but am trying to modify the Loan Amortization
Template so that it allows input of partial years (14.5 instead of 15,
currently only whole numbers are allowed) and so that it allows mortgage
rates to 1/8 (eg. 5.125%, currently only rates rounded to quarter points are
allowed).
