Price list. Assuming you want to round UP then.
=ROUNDUP(A1,0)

....or the more common
=ROUNDUP(A1,0)-0.01
which generates great bargains like 22.99 . Try even
=CEILING(A1,5)-0.01
to get 24.99 instead.
