Default Autoload a book of macros ?

Hi,

1) To make the book non-visible:
- go in the vba editor (ALT+F11)
- in the Project Explorer window (if not visible goto menu View Project
Explorer), select the book containing the macros
- in the Properties Window (if not visible got menu View Properties
Window), set the AddIn property to True
- Click Save
NOw the book doesn't show in the XL interface.

2) To make the macros always available:\
- move the book to the Excel Start directory XLSTART:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART
-- replace <username by your login name.

I have a couple of macros which I would like to be always available when I
use excel.
Can someone advise me the best method to make these available automatically
on start up of excel ( note - I do not want to auto run them, just make them
available).
I would also prefer not to always have a visible spreadsheet open in the
background if at all possible.

Many thanks for any help.
