Hi

I have a workbook which has been sent out to all our branches however I
would like to send them an updated version. The orginal workbook sent
ouot contained a worksheet which stored all their data. What I want to
do is copy this worksheet into my new version etc. however my problem
is the orignal workbook uses a user friendly userform which has the the
"X" close button disabled and has a button to "save and close" the
program. the userform is automatically loaded as soon as the workbook
is open.

1) I dont know where they would have stored it so I was thinking of
telling them to open it up first and then open my update program which
will exact that sheet.

2) not sure if they renamed the file.

Any ideas how a could close that userform that pops up with out run the
save & close button?
