don't woory seen the option for sizing picture

i found that before and have revisited it but when it appears on the
worksheet how do I drop a picture from file ( ie a photo ) into it.

Of course there was no other info - a TextBox is for text, that's why
it's
called a TEXT-box.
So a PictureBox is for pictures.

Want to insert various pictures into a set spot on a template. In
order
to
make it simple and quick would be great if you could set a box to
drop
picinto similar to text box.

Got a reply suggesting a Picture box with no other info. I can't
find
this
as such. Does it exist??
