When I use function subtotal from menu to count value from different
criteria (max 3) I get very nice sorted and very useful displayed data. I
mean option to display only one or two or three ( I don't know how to call
it ) subfolders.

It is possible to put that way of displaying data without using function
subtotal ? And doing that using VBA ?
