Find and replace, Gixxer. Just tell it to "search in formulas". Find
"Sheet1!" and replace with "Z:\Storage..."

now the formulas point to the other workbook. is there any (easy) way to
remove the reference to the old workbook and just leave the formulas

OLD WORKBOOK
=Sheet1!$C$2

after copy - NEW WORKBOOK
='Z:\Storage\[Book1.xls]Sheet1'!$C$2
