I understand Excel sheet protection does not include protection of cell
formats. I have a protected spreadsheet that includes cells with both
conditional formatting and more general formats.

I want to be able to allow users to copy cells from one location to another,
generally this involves across or down copying drag and drop style. Only to
copy the "text" with conditional and general formatting to remain unchanged.

Any help appreciated.
