Assuming that B1 contains your header, and B2:B11 contains your data,
try...

=INDEX(B2:B11,MATCH(1,(SUBTOTAL(3,OFFSET(B2:B11,RO W(B2:B11)-MIN(ROW(B2:B1
1)),0,1)))*(B2:B11<""),0))

....confirmed with CONTROL+SHIFT+ENTER, not just ENTER. To include
formula blanks "", change...

(B2:B11<"")

....to...

(1-ISBLANK(B2:B11))
