When I use Buttons to control the operation of Macros I experience the
following problems:

1) The buttons grow or shrink as they are activated?
2) When I ditribute the sheets to other users, same release of op sys and
Excel the buttons randomly move around the sheets ruining the format of the
page. This often occurs when setting up to print the sheet from a macro?

All machines are on XP or XP pro and Excel 2004
