Default Using sheet names in menus etc

I have a multi-sheet workbook in which some of the sheet names may be changed
by the user from time to time. I would like to be able to have these
worksheet name changes reflected automatically in the Chart Titles and in the
'Name' property of Custom menu items.

Is there any way this can be done please?
