All Regions").Range("A2:D" & Counter).Address(external:=true)

then

set rng = Range(Listbox1.RowSource)
Listbox1.RowSource = ""
rng(6,2).Value = "Dubois"
Listbox1.rowSource = rng.Address(external:=True)
