Maybe paste it in Row 1 (make it deep enough to hold the logo).

Then make it so row 1 is always visible.

Then with A1 visible, select A2 and do Window|Freeze Panes.

Then you could do:
File|page setup|sheet tab
include row 1 in the "rows to repeat at top"
