Default Hiding Rows between Subtotal
I ran SubTotal and selected "Show detail". My user wants detail for all of
the subtotal groups except the one called "Cash"


CASH

CASH Uninvested Cash
CASH Uninvested Cash

CASH EQUIVALENTS Total
