Debra, the specifc problem is to use the create a formula using the pivot
table formula section to create a new field that would show the relationship
between two fields that do not contain numbers. Do you know how to do that?

Create a pivot table with weeks in the Row area, AT in the Column area,
Number in the Data area.
In the Pivot Wizard Layout, add another copy of Number to the data area.
Double-click the second Number button
Click the Options button
Choose to Show Data As: % of Column
Click OK, click OK, Click Finish
