How do you get discriptions on sales invoices to save from saved .

I am working out Invoices for my sales. I need to know if
there is a way to
save the descriptions so if I start a new Invoice I don't
have to retype the
information again.

easiest way: save your empty excel worksheet (but already
including the descriptions) as a template and use it for
all future invoices.
