Default Sub Total Report Appearance

Instead of using the subtotals feature, you could create a pivot table,
and set the row headings to include a blank line after each heading.
There are instructions and links for pivot tables on Jon Peltier's site:

1. Label appears indented
2. Label appears only one time for all of the records in a sub total?
3. Skip one line between each sub total
