Default Contacts not showing up in MS Fax

I want to fax a Word Document using MS Fax using Print-
Fax. However, when the Fax Wizard comes up only 3 of

the 60 or so Outlook contacts show up. When I click
on "Open Shared Contacts" in the Contacts Navigation
Pane, only the same 3 contacts show up. I am not using
Exchange Server so sharing is not available. I can't see
anything different between these 3 contacts and the
others, and private is not checked. I have faxed from
other contact lists with no problem.

FYI I imported these contact from a comma delimited txt
file created in Word.

Any ideas? Thanks, Merlin
