I did not get you. You need to check A54, or what is it. What does A53+1
mean. In that case it is no longer blank.

If A54 is what you want to check, then
=if((A54)="","",vlookup(index(f52:f61,(match((a53+ 1),e52:e61,0))),h52
:i61,2,false))
