Lets think this thru, the zero might be getting you. This is how to calc
percent increase.
Let's say an automobile you wanted to buy was $20,000, but now you see it
has increased to $25,000, what is the percent increase.
First find absolute increase:
25000-20000=5000
The percentage increase is the relative change:
5000/20000=.25
