Insert a column.
Enter =mod(row(),3)
COpy down.
Use Autofilter to filter all of the data and select the value that you want.
Delete all the rows with that value.
Clear the autofilter.
Delete the "helper" column.
Come back if that doesn't work.

I have a table for which I'd like to delete every 3rd row of data.
Given that it is 1000's of rows long it would take a very long time top
select rows manually for deletion. Is there a way to automate this
process?
