Is there a Simplified Solution to this Formula Please :-

=COUNTIF(E32:J32,E31)+COUNTIF(E32:J32,F31)+COUNTIF (E32:J32,G31)+COUNTIF(
E32:J32,H31)+COUNTIF(E32:J32,I31)+COUNTIF(E32:J32, J31)

I have tried Several Alternatives but to NO avail.
