Looking for a way to number a work breakdown structure in excel.
This is the desired output:
1.2.3 Labor
1.2.3 Other
1.2.3 Cont
1.2.4 Labor
1.2.4 Other
1.2.4 Cont

When the text equals "Cont" have the cell below increase by the lowest element
