Default how to auto insert rows in Excel

Hello

I have a huge excel worksheet that I need to insert rows and subtotal
between sections. For example:
Class 11
Class 11
Class 11 Subtotal

Class 12
Class 12
Class 12 Subtotal

How can I automatically do this? Right now, the manual intervention takes a
1/2 day!
