Default copying and skipping consecutive row data

Hi all,

Can't seem to logically write the code for this and would
like to reach out for help. Basically, I have a sheet
with data listed in Column1 and Column2. The data was
derived from backup of two file servers. The idea is to
copy the first 13 rows in column 2 to the result sheet
starting with 759 and skip the next three blank spaces,
copy the next 13 and skip the next three. However, where
it says 'Totals for SRV1' below, there is only 9 columns
and I'd like to have the program skip that data and go to
the next 13 consecutive row data. This is really the first
question. The Result sheet is really what the output
should look like. Please help, any and all
suggestions/responses is appreciated, thanks!
