Word 2000 and higher.

Anyone have suggestions???

The registering of COM Addins for Excel is not version-dependent; once
registered for one, it's registered for them. To avoid version issues,
though, it's a good idea to either late-bind to the Excel Object Library,
or to develop using Excel 2000.
