Default Vb Macro to attach sheet and send by email

Hi there.

I have a spreadsheet that I need to send out to contacts in different
companies for people to update and return the sheet to me. Is there a way of
writing a macro so that when a button is clicked it automatically returns the
sheet with the changes made to myself?

A problem I foresee is that not all my contacts are using MS Outlook.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
