Have you tried experimenting with Pivot Tables?
A Pivot Table would group the details by name. The key is to pick any
one of the fields for the Data section and set it to "Count Of"

Exampel: In the Pivot Table setup layout section:
Row: Name, Product, Qty, Discount
Data: Count of Product
