I am not sure that you can avoid the macro screen.
you can do it...
toolsmacrossecurity set to low
but that will only work for your machine. the users
machine would have to be set the same way.
as to the other
Application.DisplayAlerts = False

Application.DisplayAlerts = True

I am not sure where you should put this in your code. but
if you turn alerts off on THIER machine then you must turn
then back on again else they wont be getting any of the
built in alerts.
in other words, what you are trying to do is dangerous
becasue you are doing it to someone elses machine.

Secondly, The micro is set up so that when they fill out
a form and click
the "OK" button that the micro creates an email to the
next person on the
routing list. And then a message pops up that tells the
user that they
should save the workbook before they send it. how can i
avoid this screen?
