(Excel 2002),
When I launch the built-in data form from the menu (Data - Form) the
calculated fields are currency/number/date formatted as they are in my
the worksheet.

If I launch the form from VBA (Active.Sheet.ShowDataForm) the
calculated cells have their default USA currency/number/date formats.

Anyone got any suggestions how to get the form to display the desired
formats in the VBA launched Form?
