Default Access Mask equivalent?

There's no masking function. If you apply the custom format "ABC"#, it will
display with your prefix. But that prefix isn't part of the data.

Hi

Can anyone please tell me if Excel has the equivalent of the Mask in
Access?

Also, is it possible to format a cell so that if a number is entered
e.g. 123, it is automatically prefixed with three letters? e.g. ABC123
