just travelled over to another building where i created the workbook
(the workbook is on a network) on a particular pc opened the program no
problems and accessed the VBA project by entering my password, i then
removed the password and unchecked the Lock check box, have come all
the way back here and it works fine....very strainge!!!!, i can even
lock and unlock the project here now!
