In code, you would change the

If CLng(myCell(1, 2).Value) = CLng(DateValue("12/1/2003")) Then

to

If myCell(1, 5).Value = "New York" Then

Otherwise, for more flexibility, try autofilter. That will just hide the
values you don't want to see, and show those that you do....
