Default combine two records

We have 2 spreadsheets one with 800 records and one with
1800 records. The one with 800 records contains
information that we want to combine into the spreadsheet
into the relevant record into the 1800 record
spreadsheet.

Example:

Col A Col B Col C Col D Col E
1234 24
1234 data data data
1235 24
1235 data data data
1236 24
1237 24

Information in Records for 1234 need to be in one row
