Hi Asaff

You can open a new workbook
keep one worksheet and delete the others
Change the setting in the VBA editor (DisplayRightToLeft property in the sheet module )
Save this workbook with one sheet as a template

When you right click on your worksheet tabs you can use Insert to add a
worksheet to your workbook with this setting.
